Job Summary Amentum is currently seeking a Measurement Systems Manager to support the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) Range Networks. This role will manager the Measurement Systems Department to provide an accurate and reliable data and data products to meet scheduled requirements in a safe, efficient and high-quality manner. Independently plan and implement the installation and acceptance testing of new and relocated equipment and software systems MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
Monitors and reviews radar personnel performance and provides subordinates with counseling and guidance as required Schedules radar technicians to support missions, and deconflicts competing requirements for resources Works occasional odd shifts to support range operations occurring outside of the normal workday Interfaces and coordinates with government counterparts and other Koa Lani, LLC elements to assure mutual awareness of status and direction Coordinates with Security and Safety departments to implement and carry out associated policies and practices Plans and implements the installation and acceptance testing of new and relocated equipment and software systems Assists in the planning, scheduling and monitoring of Depot Level Maintenance (DLM) of radar systems Approves timecards, leave requests, and travel requests of radar technicians Directs the development, revision, and updating of operation and maintenance procedures for the Makaha Ridge radar systems and equipment Provides technical expertise at management meetings, planning, and scheduling meetings and conferences as required Enforces company's work and safety rules Provides subordinates with training and guidance in Quality Assurance and Company Policy and Procedures Prepares and submits status reports and technical reports and briefs, as required, to Senior Management and Customers in timely manner Prepares or reviews and approves for dissemination all Makaha Ridge radar-related Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) Performs other duties as assigned WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Primary work location.is .an Office Environment based at the State of Hawaii Port Allen Pier-shed with occasional time in port and. at-sea on PMRF assigned boats Occasional extended work hours and infrequent weekend/holiday activity Can anticipate occasional calls after hours to coordinate emergent mission change requirements or in response to PMRF Emergency Action direction Lifting, pushing and pulling:
over 50lbs (2 men required) Minimum Requirements Education:
A.S. Degree
Experience:
Eight years of experience in management or supervision of operations and maintenance of electronic and/or electro/mechanical systems or related field; Four years of which must have been in the radar or telemetry systems field A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university may be substituted for an additional two years of the required general experience A Master's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering from an accredited college or university may be substituted for an additional two years of the required general experience Security Clearance:
Secret security clearance is required. Applicants selected must be a US Citizen in order to apply for a Secret Security Clearance. Applicants selected either must currently possess a Secret clearance or will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain clearance prior to commencement of employment, and maintain a security clearance for access. Preferred Qualifications Active DoD Secret clearance
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Engineering Management, Electrical EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
