Job Description
Responsibilities include providing mechanical support to installed facility Mission Critical Support Systems. This position involves either permanent or temporary relocation to Kauai, as a team member for the Aegis Ashore program. Position requires facility maintenance, trouble shooting and repair to installed mechanical systems including Generators, LPACs, LPADs, HVAC Systems and other Mission Critical Support Systems. This position will require a willingness and availability to support a 7 day, 24 hour shift effort, as required, as well as the possibility of being on-call for emergencies.
Basic Qualifications
Experience maintaining, trouble shooting and repairing any of the following equipment: Diesel Generators Chill Water Systems LPACs HVAC Fire Suppression Systems Other Mission Critical Support Systems
Desired skills
The ability to work independently with little supervision. Candidates should have excellent communication and writing skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Graduates of Navy A or C Schools for Mechanical, Engineman, Gas Turbine Mechanical sought (GSM,EN,MM). Civilian equivalent experience acceptable. Familiarity w/ Aegis Ashore program. Familiarity w/ Pacific Missile Range Facility.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
